■概要
This lecture provides an introduction of fundamental techniques of power system analysis and CPAT, which is power system analytical tools developed by CRIEPI, Japan. CPAT is a standard tool in Japan and widely used in Japanese electric power industry. The lecture discusses some topics of development of power system analytical tools and how they are tackled in the development of CPAT.

・CPATは日本以外でも使われているのか。
・loss of generationとはどういう意味なのか
・北海道の全停事故からの復旧になぜ45時間もかかったのか
・CPATのトレーニングコースは学生などに開放しているのか
また本講演がZoom配信であることを活用し、ミャンマーのヤンゴン工科大学の学生・教員にも配信しました。ヤンゴン工科大学からは、次のような質問がありました。
・CPATのフリー版は国外への配布も可能なのか。
なお国外の配信に際して、講演者の所属先の輸出管理指針に従いました。
